When is the earliest we can check into our room?

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. We’re happy to store your luggage until then. If your room is ready earlier, we’ll be sure to let you know.

What time is checkout?

Checkout time is 11:00 AM. We can store your luggage for you after checkout at no extra charge.

  1. Late Checkout:

Can we extend our checkout time?

We can accommodate late checkouts until 1:00 PM, depending on availability, for a fee of €25 plus tax. Please inquire during your reservation.

  1. Wi-Fi Access:

Is there Wi-Fi in the rooms?

High-speed Wi-Fi is available for free throughout the hotel, including all rooms, pool areas, and common spaces.

  1. Breakfast:

Do you offer breakfast?

Breakfast is available for €25 per person, upon request, from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Please order at least one hour in advance.

Do the rooms have desks/ In-Room Workspace?

Each room is equipped with a workspace and free Wi-Fi. Additionally, you can print documents or scan items at the reception. USB ports are available in every room.

Where can we park?

Mykonos Town is primarily pedestrian-only. We recommend parking at the old port (10’-12’ walking) or fabrika(20’-25’ walking. Moreover, there is in a nearby paid parking lot “anemos rent a car” that is only 5’ waking to the entrance of the hotel

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets, except for service animals.

Why do you need my credit card information?

We require a credit card authorization to guarantee your reservation and prevent no-show fees. A no-show fee equivalent to one night’s stay may be charged.

  1. Getting to the Hotel:

Can you provide directions to the hotel?

We’re located in the heart of Mykonos Town, on Kalogera 25 Street, which intersects with the famous Matoyianni Street. We can assist with transportation arrangements to the town entrance. From there, walk straight to Manto Square, continue on Matoyianni Street, and turn right when you see the Hublot Boutique and Alpha Bank. Mykonos Gem is only 100 meters ahead on the left, with a distinctive red door. Please don’t hesitate to call us for further directions. We can also arrange the “butler service for a small extra fee, and a colleague of us will come to assist you with the caring of your bags and guide you to the hotel.

  1. Cancellation Policy:

What is your cancellation policy?

For our flexible rate Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to the guest’s arrival. Full prepayment needed 7days before the arrival. For our non-refundable rate, no refunds are available for cancellations or no-shows. More details in out our policy page. Our cancellation policy is not the same during the year, for more details, please contact us.
